OZ-TAD (Oz Turkestan Culture, Education, Research and Strategy Association)
It is a non-governmental organization that operates with the aim of strengthening awareness of the Turkic world, protecting the cultural heritage of Turkic communities, especially in Afghanistan, and passing it on to future generations.
